Big Freedia Return & Exchange Policy  

 

  

Oops! I ordered the wrong size.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, there’s a good chance we can make the switch for you. 
Email bigfreediamerch@gmail.com ASAP with your order number and desired style/size.  We’ll be in touch. 

I would like a refund.

If you are not happy with your order and if the shirt is not washed, worn, or has non-factory defects or damages, we will offer you a refund within 60 days of your order ship date.   
Items listed as final sales are not eligible for a refund.  Please be careful when opening up your package with a knife or scissors! 

Please email us with your store name, order number, and a brief description or picture to begin this process. Once we receive your returned order, we’ll process your refund to the original form of payment.

I would like an exchange!

If you’d like a different size/color or another item altogether, then drop us a note at bigfreediamerch@gmail.com with the store name and your order number. 

Once received, we’ll issue you a refund, minus shipping costs.   
In the meantime, please purchase the desired product and we’ll get it out to you ASAP.

Help! My order is lost in the mail

We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If the package is returned to us for any reason, we will contact you by email and arrange for redelivery. 

 

 

What’s taking so long for my order to arrive?

Shipping times are taking longer than usual in recent months. If you select USPS as a shipping method, please allow up to 6 weeks for your package to be delivered domestically and 8+ weeks for International orders. 

To ensure timely delivery of your order, please select UPS or DHL as your shipping option. 

What’s a Pre-Order?

Pre-Orders allow you to reserve a new product that has not yet been produced. It may take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks for the production and fulfillment of your pre-ordered items. 

If you purchase other items in addition to the pre-ordered product, your complete order will be shipped when the pre-ordered item is ready.
